Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, King Research Group owns or licenses the site, copy, reports and brand assets. Purchase grants only the license stated at checkout; it does not grant resale, republication or redistribution rights.

Free guide and email access

The King’s Code is provided for individual educational use. When you request it, you receive immediate website access and may also receive a backup delivery email plus King Research Group market-intelligence and product messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

Accuracy and availability

Markets and information can change quickly. We may correct, update, replace or withdraw content without notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

One-time report purchases

Before payment, checkout will display the applicable price, delivery, license, support and refund terms. Those point-of-sale terms control the transaction.

The King’s Play subscription

The King’s Play is a $97 per month subscription that renews automatically each month until canceled. A new setup is released every Monday during an active subscription period. The exact billing date, trial period, access terms and renewal disclosures shown at checkout control.

You may cancel before the first payment date to avoid the first charge, or cancel later to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse an already completed payment unless the point-of-sale terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Publication and market movement

A new King’s Play is scheduled each Monday. The current Play may have moved from its published reference price by the time you access it. Review its timestamp, current status, entry framework and invalidation conditions before deciding; subscription access does not guarantee a suitable entry or result.

Checkout availability

A purchase or subscription begins only after you complete the connected checkout. An access-request form cannot enroll or charge you.
