Preorders

If a report is sold before release, the release date is stated at purchase. If we fail to deliver it by that date, you may request a full refund and we will provide it.

Delivered Digital Products

Because reports are digital goods delivered in full, all sales of delivered products are final except where required by law or covered by the preorder guarantee above. If something is wrong with your order — wrong product, broken file, duplicate charge — contact support and we will make it right.

Optional Add-Ons

Add-ons and upgrades purchased at or after checkout follow the same terms as the products they accompany.
